I help ambitious professionals lead with purpose, focusing on personal development within and outside the workplace. With fifteen years experience as a strategic leader and the highest level CMI Level 7qualification - I know what it takes to rise up from the bottom to the boardroom. Now I have taken the task of helping others do the same.

I understand that navigating through the noise can be extremely difficult and daunting, especially with the amount of opinions available currently. But I base all of my coaching on real life experience which means the methods are tried and tested.
